School and Law Enforcement Partnerships Learning Community

This learning community has been adapted into a self-paced training.

Participants in this learning community discussed partnership successes and barriers and learned tools to formalize valuable school safety relationships. There were opportunities to share and engage with other professionals in live peer-to-peer learning through three one-hour sessions. These sessions were intended to provide participants with a space to navigate the creation and formation of successful and authentic partnerships.

Applicants were encouraged to apply as collaborative teams with representation from school personnel and law enforcement personnel (which could include school resource officers, school district police, external law enforcement, school safety directors, and/or other school safety decision-makers).
