Technical Assistance

NCSS offers personalized technical assistance to STOP grantees wherever they are in the lifespan of their grant. From generating buy-in from schools and districts, to finding, implementing and evaluating evidence-based practices, NCSS Technical Assistance Specialists are available to work with you to make your STOP grant a success.

Your Technical Assistance Specialist can help you:

  • Identify and build long-term relationships with community partners
  • Analyze training needs
  • Explore ways to implement your program(s)
  • Develop strategies for long-term success
  • Address other issues related to your program(s)

You can connect with your Technical Assistance Specialist by scheduling a one-on-one meeting, joining your fellow grantees during quarterly NCSS STOP Training and Technical Assistance Meetings, or in our monthly TA Grantee Hours.

What should you do if you still have questions?

Email your Technical Assistance Specialist to schedule a one-on-one meeting, or join the Technical Assistance Team for monthly TA Grantee Hours held every third Wednesday of the month from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. ET. Your Technical Assistance Specialist can provide sign-on instructions.
