K-12 Bystander Reporting Toolkit
This toolkit was created by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and the U.S. Secret Service National Threat Assessment Center (NTAC).
The toolkit includes simple strategies and guidance that K-12 schools and school districts can use to implement and enhance safety reporting programs and encourage bystander reporting among students and other members of the school community. It is designed to help school leaders create tailored, customized approaches that meet the needs of their unique communities. It is applicable to schools and school districts at various levels of maturity in their approach to reporting.
